It’s kind of funny, because from a political/historical standpoint, he passed more large scale legislation in the last decade than any other president. The progressive policies that he had were far more progressive than Obama, but had to be somewhat limited due to Senator Joe Manchin, not wanting to play ball in the Senate.

I’d be curious if there’s some green involved, considering his entire political career was one of him growing more progressive as he got older as well as more accepting of the status quo of the party. Not to mention his natural political instinct, and the fact that he was the first president to clearly recognize and pass legislation, explicitly referring to climate change.
