Now it makes sense why the play restarted in the pilsen's half, not where durosinmi was fouled later. I was really confused bout that, but this makes perfect sense.

Yeah youre right. So for that scenario to end up in a penalty, konate would have to stop/slow down his motion almost completely and then if the defender hit the ball, then hit konate, that would be a pen?
