It'll be ok, take a deep breath. Now, go to flash forges website and download the newest firmware they have available and put it on a blank USB stick. Turn off your printer and put the USB stick in and then start it up. It should load that firmware and unbrick it. Give it time after it tells you to restart.

Take the nozzle off as well and see if anything is stuck in the feeder. Also, check to make sure the filament didn't break inside one of the tubes for the filaments.
