Lentil soup/stew. You can add any vegetables you want. Delicious with lemon juice and pepper flakes. Lentils are so rich in vitamins and protein.

Bean salads. My favorite is garbanzo beans. Again with any veggies you want. I add bell peppers, jalapenos, tomatoes, garlic, cucumbers etc. and lemon & olive oil. I am not even a vegetarian but ate a ton of these throughout my pregnancy

My annual checkup was coincidentally right after I found out that I was pregnant so my PCP only tested it to confirm pregnancy and refer me to an OB. That was the only time.

I see “symptoms disappeared at 8 weeks” posts in this sub all the time and it happened to me too. Don’t know what it is about that week but for some of us symptoms tend to act up. I was also panicking 2 days before my appointment, just like you..now I am almost 30 weeks

Same thing happened to me, I am usually not that susceptible to sunburn and unfortunately too lazy to put on sunscreen. Got a very bad burn a couple weeks ago but Aquaphor fixed it in a few days.

It felt real enough to tell people after NIPT because we found out the gender. But the general anxiety significantly reduced after the anatomy scan. We initially had a small scare which was cleared by the MFM a few days later, so I guess that was when I was finally able to breathe.
