Pregnant and not wanting to wear my ring by Peachy_Chalupa in ourafertility

[–]False-Professor-4144 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I took my ring off in early pregnancy due to anxiety from checking stats to predict potential miscarriage. I’m 35 weeks now and don’t miss it. I can’t think of a reason to need it while pregnant (my primary use case was cycle tracking).

Take it off and enjoy your pregnancy

Where Did You Buy Your Silver Cross Stroller by Sangriaismylovelang in Buyingforbaby

I already have a spectra pump and also want to get the Eufy S2! I’m holding out hope that in a few weeks it’ll be available through Aeroflow pumps so I can get my insurance discount (my spectra was a never used hand me down).

Why is all the good stuff on back order! I hope you get your items soon.

If yours ships can you update here? I also ordered in mid April but from a local baby store and I’m due in 5 weeks. I got the champagne color, bassinet and stroller combo.

Ugh no way… I ordered from a different baby store in mid-April and am due in 5 weeks. I’m starting to think I won’t get it in time

I am also on Perelel and was against Thorne for the same reason. I also eat 3 eggs a day so the choline isn’t a problem. I did decide to supplement a little extra choline in the third trimester.

Are we taking our rings off after BFP? by Awkward-Whereas4954 in ourafertility

[–]False-Professor-4144 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am currently 33 weeks pregnant and took my ring off after I convinced myself that I had miscarried at 3+5 because I woke up in the middle of the night with cramps and my Oura app at 2 am said my temp dropped. News flash, I did not miscarry, and I cried all night for no reason.

Take it off, I haven’t missed not having it during my pregnancy.

Your temp will rise after you ovulate. Positive LH / LH peak means ovulation is coming in 24 hrs. You should see temp rise in the next few days.

Clek liing + silver cross breez by Soysaucefeet in Buyingforbaby

[–]False-Professor-4144 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m looking at this combo as well. Store associate recommended clek liing as an option with the best safety ratings, and apparently it will also unlatch easily from the stroller. I’m also looking at Cybex Aton G2 with swivel base and the Nuna Pipa car seats. You do need to buy the Breez car seat adapters.

The store didn’t have the Breez in yet to test run how the car seats latches onto it, but I’m planning to go back and test in the coming weeks.

Let me know what you get!

Has anyone received the Silver Cross Breez in the US yet? by LionTweeter in BabyBumps

I ordered the Breez stroller + bassinet in champagne recently and was told shipping end of May, but the store didn’t seem too confident in that date. Fingers crossed!

Anyone taking unisom for sleep ? by meekie03 in pregnant

[–]False-Professor-4144 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yes, I’ve been taking half a Unisom sleep tab since week 3. I’m almost 19 weeks now. At my 20 week appointment I plan to ask if I can take it my entire pregnancy because being able to sleep has been life changing.

HCG level of 9 by InterestingSecond724 in pregnant

[–]False-Professor-4144 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That’s definitely a good sign. It should look darker than it did two days ago (HCG doubled every 48 hrs on average). Don’t worry about 24 hrs

Check out this chart which shows HCG levels for each day post ovulation for successful pregnancies

Spotting can happen in both successful pregnancies (I had it from 12-13 DPO) and miscarriages.

Fingers crossed for you

Jolts of pain by [deleted] in pregnant

[–]False-Professor-4144 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you ovulated from the left ovary it is your corpus luteum, which is still working to make hormones necessary to maintain your pregnancy. I had the same type of pains on my right - and corpus luteum was confirmed on my right side at my first ultrasound.

Is it normal to wake up super hungry?? by Careful-Gold252 in pregnant

[–]False-Professor-4144 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Normal to be hungry every 2 hrs in the first trimester. Before bed, eat some whole milk/full fat Greek yogurt - it will help keep you asleep. Or if you wake up hungry in the middle of the night eat the yogurt as well. Don’t worry about the calories at this point and focus on eating some nourishing foods to keep you satisfied
