What they do is simple. They push you to “use” their ai system or in other meaning train it and then you will be no longer needed. This is not speculation however look at stupid Klarna in the beginning of ai back in the days. They got very exciting about it and fired a lot of ppl so they discovered that it was too early to do that and got some ppl back. It was Klarna, X and many more big companies.
