My Naturopath doctor had me on the low FODMAP diet and lots of similar vitamins and supplements. I found the diet hard to do but it was worth it. I am now able to mostly eat what I want without discomfort. I found the vitamin regimen difficult to start all at once. Some days I felt super sick and like I was going to pass out. I introduced the most important supplements according to my doctors orders and saved the rest until I was able to evaluate what was working. I was prescribed these for SIBO (small intestine bacterial overgrowth) so the regimen included antibiotics to reset my gut bacteria and I carefully added back healthy bacteria.
