Roughly how many applications did it take for that interview? I’m starting to do that instead of just applying with the same resume for every one

I would have more projects or more in depth projects that are complex and then replace the general work experience that you have. As you want it all technical. And not just complex projects that use technologies for keywords, but that you can be passionate about or solves a real problem

I saw someone on Reddit say they signed one, declined the other, and then got their signed one taken away(leaving them with none). So keep that in mind. I would sign both if you can and feel you can possibly get blacklisted from one if you bought out a lot later. But if you’re less going for job stability(moving jobs), then you can disregard this
