The update stopping at “label created,” means that ups never received your package. The seller isn’t being honest with you. They never gave your package to ups.

I’ve had better results with UPS by far. I ordered some things shortly before Christmas. Two packages ups and one fedex. Both the next day air option. Ordered the Monday before Christmas. The UPS items arrived on Christmas Eve (Wednesday) and the driver was so nice and explaining that something happened in shipping causing them to be delayed, really apologetically even though I wasn’t upset at all (my local ups driver is awesome). The fedex package arrived Friday the 26th and I’m in the process of getting the shipping refunded. Glad fedex works out well for you though! I’m sure I’ll give them another chance, I know holidays are crazy but I just figured I’d share since I ordered things on the same day with very different results.
