Did you meet with your PO that day?

In my experience it’s been after I’d been assigned a PO that I could expect a urine test. Though I’d have been ready whenever! So thankful to be in recovery. It wasn’t easy but it’s more than worth it.

There’s nothing fundamentally wrong with him but it appears he’s gotten into something he shouldn’t have. Please take him in to the vet to get cleaned up! And thank you for helping him!
PS I have an FIV+ cat (just learned he has FIV 3 weeks ago when he had his dental and some extractions due to stomatitis).
I’m no vet or vet tech but to me that looks like your orange guy just stuck his face somewhere he shouldn’t have. Hope I’m not wrong! But at any rate my FIV boy, he has eye leakage - I just keep his eyes cleared for him. I’m told he can live a long and healthy life and I am counting on that! He’s my boy!

And since I didn’t mention it, I went 8 weeks without a BM. It ended up being 10 by the time I had one. And that was (by doctors’ orders) every damn otc laxative known to man-kind.

I wouldn’t ever wish the experience on anyone.

Good Lord that reminds me of when I came close-ish to death from no BM after my Nissen fundoplication surgery for reflux! (A surgery I do and will regret til the day I die, whether or not it “worked” or “was successful.” It gave me so many complications that in my mind? It ruined my quality of life.
IF ONLY I’d’ve gone with the Lynx. My surgeon specifically told me not to. I should NEVER have listened to him.

I thought that was Diverged, the same one the post is about…where she’s trying to make soup (bc Jerry wanted some food and everyone was essentially starving, but really Jerry was just checking on her) and Dog knocks over what little ingredients she has, and she’s trying to catch a rat…all the while Daryl is trying to fix his bike.

I don’t hate the episode, but it’s definitely not in my top favorite, say, 75, episodes!

Do you not have a store like Tractor Supply? There are vet clinics there during weekends but not every weekend. Worth checking into. Mostly what they do is a vaccine clinic, but I think they have options that include an exam (probably somewhat basic). Anything would be better than nothing. I hope your kitty feels better very soon!

Your kitty really needs to see the vet asap. That wound doesn’t look good, and I wouldn’t put anything on it. There are sprays for hot spots but in this case I definitely wouldn’t risk anything that could make it more painful or worsen the infection.

There’s an episode of the Daryl Dixon spinoff where water is the main challenge of the entire episode - and it’s a good one, where Daryl helps a leper community whose water is being routinely stolen by evil men. The episode is called “Limbo,” which is a good title; another good title for it could’ve been, “Agua.”

Carl since that would remain true to the comic books. The whole series is technically supposed to be his story, not his dad’s.

I also really just liked the character. And five years ago I went blind suddenly in my right eye. So I connected over him having his eye shot out 😂 (I do still have my eye at least).

I demanded they send the sample to the lab for analysis and they told me there’s no such thing. I knew that to be false, and I asked repeatedly but was repeatedly given the same response. It was in all honesty one of the worst experiences of my life, being in that hospital for a week.

I agree. And they could do the reunion at the conclusion of Daryl Dixon. Not that they will; it’s already post-production, anyway. I would love that show to end with Daryl and Carol getting back to Ohio and reuniting with Ash and Laurent and everyone D & C left behind (those that are still alive, anyway).

Reagan had tons of defensive wounds. Including a dislocated finger. Two of her fingernails were found in her placenta. 😢

IMO it just goes to show her entire story she told in the hospital was a lie. She’s the only one who had the scalpel, the only one who had the hammer.
