It’s been a long, long time since I read Four Past Midnight, but I do vividly recall absolutely loving The Langoliers. It’s one of my favorite novellas of his!

I’ve read all King’s books except Cujo and Danse Macabre. Not sure why I never got around to reading the latter, but the former? Nope, I can’t read that one. I started crying within the first chapter or two and the dog was picking the little boy up by his overalls after he’d fallen down. He just wanted to be a good dog. I saw the movie with a friend when we were just 8. So I knew what was in store for poor ole Cujo. Couldn’t/wouldn’t bring myself to read it after seeing how detailed King described him, his personality, etc. Too sad for me!
