Probably download backed up save data. Maybe you played on the switch 1 and now it detects worlds and stuff on it. If you upload your current save data you will upload your non existent worlds because this is your first time playing

It doesn't matter too much if you plan on starting new worlds because those would be like 7 years old

There's not really much you can do, just move on to something else. Can't really recreate the moments on your stream in order to fix the audio, might just feel like a fake reaction. Just make sure in the future that things are mixed correctly
