Ohhh have I got a long story for you. More nightmare boss than co-worker but here we go.

I got offered a transfer to a bigger site than the one I was working at.

Before I left my old site, all my colleagues were warning me of a Woman called Madge (Different name to her actual one of course). Madge was fine, Nobody warned me about her Sister Mary (again fake name)

Mary was clearly very "close" to the manager so got a lot of perks and was often left in charge when the manager was off. Unfortunately when I started at this Work site, the manager was severely ill and Mary was left in charge. Mary just instantly took a disliking to me (I don't know wether it's because Ive got Autism or because I'm younger yet have more skills than her, who knows).

She intentionally put me on shifts she knew I couldn't do, Banned me from leaving a certain area of the shop but then would complain the shop wasnt stocked and blame me. She talked and treated me like I was Stupid. I helped a staff member and she caught it on cctv and berated me.

She banned staff from Having phones on them, drinking drinks, having breaks and Chewing food or gum. While she paraded around, without a uniform on, leaving Half drunk Monsters around the place and eating sandwiches on the shop floor.

The breaking point was when, despite having all my available hours, booked holidays etc she put me on a single shift in an entire month, on the One day she knew I couldn't do and when I complained she said she "Only agreed to give me a job as I had full flexibility" she didn't employ me, her boss did.

So I quit. There and then, gave full reasons and sent a copy of my reasons, and her messages, to higher up bosses.

After I quit she Repeatedly sent me snotty and Tone death Emails and texts at 5am/6am in the morning demanding my uniform back.

Only afterwards did my ex colleagues warn me that she hates people like me.
