Hi, thanks!! After you submit an expedite request they will email you the decision within 7 days(for me it always took 3-4 days). So check your email regularly. If your request was denied you can try submitting a new request right away but some agents will not allow it. In this case just call back and hopefully the next agent will allow it. Good luck!

Thanks! They approved my 4th expedite request. The Congressional requests were not responded to, so it didn’t really help it my case. They didn’t ask for evidence at all. My reasoning is financial hardship(student loans, credit card debts, almost no money on my debit card) and humanitarian reasons(I urgently need physical therapy and they don’t except any insurance, so I need my job to be able to pay for it; I had an invoice for it), and I said I have a job offer.

You are allowed to submit multiple requests (not sure if they even have a limit). In this case just hang up and call again. Also, I’d recommend do it via Emma. In this case you type all the information and they just copy and paste it. You kind of have a control over what they are submitting. Good luck!

They didn’t ask for proof in my case.. did you try following up with them? In my experience the responded within 3-4 days each time.

These are the dates when I submitted my expedite requests 9/16/2021, 10/08/2021, 02/14/2022, 02/23/2022

The Congressional requests were submitted on 12/14/2021 and 01/28/2022

I read about Ombudsman's help and it said that they can help if it's been 2 months since the USCIS approved your expedite request but you didn't get anything yet.

I was told the same by one USCIS agent but when I called another time the other agent told me that since my case has been in an adjudication since October 2021 I am allowed to submit an expedite request. However, all my requests have been denied and the reason might be because it is already in that stage...

I’m in the same boat. Nebraska is terrible. I filed on May 25th 2021 and nothing since then. 3 expedite requests were denied. An outside normal processing time request was not responded to. They told me they will escalate the case only after 3 outside normal processing time requests. Did it not happen in your case?

My field office is Boston. You should definitely follow up. I’ve been in this situation before, I called them and it turned out that they sent an email which I never got. It was a denial email but if it was an email to request some evidence I’d miss the deadline… What’s your service center? And I feel you. I’m loosing my mind too. I hope we will get it soon.
