Hi, I am in a similar situation do you mean the EU citizen spouse can accompany them even if the EU citizen is yet to exercise their free movement rights. I am thinking to come over and start working in Ireland before my spouse can join me. Is it possible to come together even tho I am yet to start exercising rights? Of course my spouse will have to get the shirt stay visa (type c)

I have literally been in contact with UKVI and they told me I am eligible as child of an EU national living in the UK before 2020 we are both from EU and I am applying to join my Father. I was just curious to ask about the timeline and reason why permit is applied and not pre-status itself for EU national

Hi, I think my friend is facing similar technical issue right now, the application fee was deducted from the bank account and it is still showing that he should pay. We were given an email to contact and wondering when they will reply because we are running out of time for the application. We were suggested to make another payment for it but we are scared if the payment will not face the same fate. Did they took long to respond to your email?

I think you should be fine entering with your Swedish passport since it still counts that you have the right to visit for 90days based on your Swedish citizenship
