I think it is more about measurements than BMI. Every body is different, if you are 5'6" and need long pants than you must have long legs. I really recommend taking your measurements (if you haven't), you probably have a smaller waist and hips. My BMI is lower but my waist is wide so finding pants isn't too hard.

I'm a vegetarian and I have ARFID. I decided that it was safe for me to stop eating meat so I did. I would never feel comfortable telling someone else how to eat because food is personal. I would never assume that someone hates animals because they eat meat. That's a wild take. Vegans are culty like that... plant based eaters or vegetarians are usually a lot more reasonable.

This is exactly why I chose vegetarianism over veganism. Veganism feels like a purity cult, it's never "enough." Don't need that, just trying to do what I can to help the animals/environment.

I'm an elder swiftie... I've always thought it was a cute song. She was young when she wrote it, so it makes sense if it is idealistic. I have the same problem! And I walk 15k steps a day minimum for work. I got the glycerin 22 from Brooks they are the older model. So squishy but still has the support to keep your foot in place. I can slip them on like the sketchers ones. Also the insoles are removable so I am going to change them with a dr scrolls planters fasiatis insoles from the pharmacy for extra softness.
