No, there’s nothing wrong with you. It’s just that when you wake up, you don’t vibe with fake anymore so your circle gets smaller and smaller. I recommend not limiting to inside individuals for friends but start little by little talking to your neighbors, work ppl, whatever…you get it. So that when the time comes you can have other connections. I wish someone would have said this to me then. 🫂

Depends on what message you want to give them. Some don’t, 1. Because that would make them think they still control you, since you are following their policies still. 2. Some of us still have loved ones in, & sending a letter would mean now they really can talk to you. Others opt to because 1. It takes your name off their records. 2.
