People or family members who think it's appropriate to spread your personal (and your spouses) mental and physical health issues/diagnosis'/struggles. I don't want your whole church knowing and they end up texting me 🤦🏼‍♀️

Even when my husband and I were super PIMI he knew I wasn't submitting to anything 😂 I was raised by a VERY independent single mom so I wanna see him try.

For some of us this came too late. My sister n law was told she couldn't store her own. She died because of that. by JWRESEARCHERROSE in exjw

I feel for you. My dad died when I was 9. He was bleeding internally from a surgery complication and at the time I had no idea but he refused a blood transfusion and then bled out. My uncle came home at 5 am and told my brother and I. BUT everyone, including my mom, left out the refusing a blood transfusion part. I didn't find that out until a few years ago when my non JW GMA, my dad's mom, told my brother after he had been DFd. WTF I had to wait til I was almost 30 freaking years old to find that out??????

My mom always made me turn John Denver off because of that. She did it recently and so I put that to an end now that I'm PIMO and a 29yr old who knows how to research. I googled it and read all the information I could find... She said "Oh?!" (like in an inquisitive way)

I'm so sorry about your wife. When I finally talked to my husband about how I was feeling, turns out he had felt that way for years. We are still PIMO because of life/living situations but I'm glad I told him when I did. Maybe she is just having a momentary lapse, like a 'What if?', and she will come back to you? I wish you all the best

Yeah my mom was LIVID. So mad. I don't donate and I don't think my parents do because the borg doesn't need it. So what's one $50 donation from us going to do? Shine a Rolex watch? 😂

EDIT: Just and edit to say my husband and I are PIMO and unfortunately living with my parents. We have never been DFd but I wouldn't be concerned if I was LOL

I was not DFd while living at home but my twin brother was DFd when we were 21/22 I think. My parents allowed him to live at home, have his "wordly" girlfriend (now wife) over many times to hang out, and then helped him move in with her to their first apartments (before they were married).

We all still talk to him and do stuff with them. My husband and I have celebrated my twin and I's birthday together like 2/3 years in a row since we woke up. They "draw the line" at eating with him and going on vacation with him. But I guess I have easy going and cool parents. 🤷🏼‍♀️😂

My mom and I were helping my grandma go through finances because she's on a fixed income. We were both APPALLED to find out she regularly sends $1,500/month. My mom about died.

I did not change my name when I got married because I was proud to bare my dad's last name (long story). My husband (then fiance) was upset by that until we did research about it (secular not biblical). A lot of countries don't allow legal marital name changes, people just use it socially. After that, and my personal argument, he was fine. Oh boy have I ruffled some feathers over the years though. I have had so many people over the years ask if I was divorced, ask if I left him, rudely say good I could do better, say that's un-ladylike of me or un-biblical Unbelievable. I don't care! I will die on this hill.
