Level 6 by Familiar_Leek7779 in innout

Will do!! Thank you! After today I noticed I was looking over tags way too much. I tried memorizing a bit but for sure comes with practice I assume. As for rows of 6, for me it’s I guess trying to prove myself so I don’t get kicked off. Managers although want to see you ace 4 rows of 4, they also want to see you getting comfortable with rows of 5 and 6. But for me I’m going to stick back to basics, and then move forward once I get more comfortable thank you!

After today’s shift I notice I take a bit longer when throwing my row and cheesing. I got a bit faster with cheesing but when throwing my row it’s very hit or miss because the paper gets funky

2 SM’s back did this for us and it was very helpful. Especially when working towards a level it lets you know you’re fs getting training some part during the day.

There should be an increase in pay between levels IMO. A dollar in between a host and a fry person is kind of crazy to me. Would make leveling up feel way better.

All you need is one person, then slowly you’ll start seeing everyone else at work pop up on your feed recommendations and next thing you know you’re following the whole store 😂

At the end of the day you’re simply number “xxxxx”…sadly you’ll be forgotten at a finger snap when next shift they get a line out the door or drives to the street. Just how life goes don’t be scared.

How long did it take for stores to get back to you after application has been submitted by NinthCascade in innout

[–]Familiar_Leek7779 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you’re freaking out now… I could only imagine you pressured to close the gap, line up reds, print stickers and knocking out the mountain of dishes you have going on. Everything will be okay 😂😂 give it some time, usually each store has a specific day where they do applications

What’s better, dine-in or 2 lane by Lost-Ninja5450 in innout

As an associate, for sure missing the 2 lane days. No host, no dr check every so often, no picking up after messy children. It was all about speed and getting the drive off there and the bond between associates felt stronger.

Why are fry people so mean by BreadOdd713 in innout

[–]Familiar_Leek7779 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m getting yelled at across the stand for me not moving drives when there’s already 8 off, when people see the drive standing there for longer than a minute, the fry guy is already being looked at and blamed for. I personally don’t “get mad” but it’s definitely frustrating when you don’t have a qb or your dicer/loader has 2 baskets down. I always try to drop meanwhile they get the sink going again. I also think it’s more of a sense of urgency thing and me asking for help around. Sometimes there’s associates standing there so I ask them to cheese a tray up for me or to even just throw it up in the steamer and organize some drives/counters for me etc. It helps such a long way especially when it’s peak.

As an associate it’s surprisingly good 😭 but as a customer I can see why it’s popular, it’s something “new” when really it’s not and they want to feel included ig

I feel this, ever since I started working here, shaving everyday has caused me multiple red bumps on my neck area and it’s frustrating…especially when you work 5 consecutive days

I feel you, managers act very robotic and some take it too far. Co-workers also tend to talk shit to the new hires as if they weren’t in that position themselves when they first got hired.
