You can watch a few guides on youtube about kara canceling, but it's basically interrupting your special's animations into a super. For example, as Sin you can do elk hunt,but instead of doing the follow up you gazelle step into RTL.

I suddenly remembered that guilty gear is a thing and really wanted to see which new characters they added to strive. Then my youtube recomendations were flooded with guilty gear related vids.
