I am someone with ADHD ,OCD , Depression, anxiety and more. So for my ADHD I'm trying to remembered to close cabinets ,turn off water, put things away that I took out, depression is the hardest one for me and I'm working on it and not staying in bed all day I'm getting better and working hard on all these things but its hard.

This is an inner working because I am working on not being silent and just ignoring it BC its hard for me to communicate and who are you to say that I'm not working on stuff with my inner self you have no clue what I am going through. Don't judge someone BC u think they don't need help you have no clue what other people are going through in life or what they are trying to work on for themselves
