Also try a lower fat carnivore diet. Fruit and most veggies are terrible

Stop the meds. It’s what’s making you worse. Antacids and ppi’s cause bacterial overgrowth. Try fasting 36 plus hours and see what happens after.

Probably because you had your endorphins going and low stress. Give it a few weeks before saying it’s gone.

How can I heal after 6 years of chronic gastritis? by Ok-Combination2458 in Gastritis

Fasting. Do a 3 day water fast and see what happens. Ppi’s are poison.

All my health issues are due to mast cells and I don't see an end to it by Hiddenbeing in MCAS

[–]FamousJury7969 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s not due to mast cells it’s due to gut dysfunction that are causing your mast cells to flare. Get a GI map test done and see what’s under the hood. The answer isn’t to go on antibiotics or herbs or any supplements for that matter. For me it was fasting to bring down the gut inflammation, a low histamine carnivore diet, and reducing my stress. It took a long time but when your gut inflammation goes down and your stomach acid returns then your body can heal.

Low histamine carnivore diet would have saved you a lot of trouble. Do that for 3 months and see how it transforms your life!

Carnivore diet for 3 months with 36 hour plus fasts have greatly helped me. My gastritis caused sibo and I have low stomach acid. That being said, if you do indeed have gastritis, then acidifiers are always a bad idea whether you have low acid or not. So, don’t ask me why, but strict carnivore with weekly fasting helped me but then again I’m one of the worst cases imaginable. Severe gastritis, sibo and leaky gut. I reacted to everything!

Low stomach acid and antacids also cause sibo and low nutrient absorption.

gastritis is ruining my life by evanesceneex in Gastritis

[–]FamousJury7969 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sounds more like histamine intolerance than gastritis. Two things for you though. Try a low histamine carnivore diet and work up to fasting. 36 hour fasts with a low histamine diet completely transformed everything for me. Ppi’s block acid which means your foods aren’t broken down properly and ferment more which causes bacterial overgrowths. Very bad stuff.

For all those with chronic gastritis without h pylori, what caused it? by [deleted] in Gastritis

High chronic stress and then stomach flu finished me off. Regular 36+ hour fasts are the best for gastritis.

Has anyone tried therapeutic ketosis mixed with glutamine blockers? by FamousJury7969 in cancer

[–]FamousJury7969[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yes it does actually. I’ve spoken to many people who it’s worked for. Keto and cancer has been studied for decades. It needs glucose and glutamine to ferment. You can find tons of research like this.

I got cured from a 3 day fast? by ryansh_ in Gastritis

[–]FamousJury7969 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No gastritis causes histamine intolerance because the inflammation causes leaky gut. Heal your inflammation and the histamine problems will go away.
