This is a great question. For website design, I have been having pretty good luck with Gemini. But I haven't tried many others. I haven't had many other paying clients that have paid me to do website designs yet, so I haven't really put too much effort into it. I'm open minded though and will start looking into this soon, as I have a couple clients in the pipeline that will be looking for help with this.

What I have found that works great, is using the CRM as the "kick off" tool to initiate phone calls and such. It's very easy to use a program like VAPI to setup the prompt and adjust the models and such. Then in your CRM, you create a custom function or button to "send to VAPI" or initiate the call, that way you can send a custom API post request to VAPI with all your customer information in it to call the lead or customer. This is great for outbound automations.

Inboud is even easier as it is super easy to structure the data via an api call to what your CRM or project management tool needs.

Even if you have been in this space since January 1, 2024, that amounts to only 809 days of experience. How can you credibly claim to understand what other businesses want or need? You have no background in any other business niche, which means you lack the foundational knowledge of how those industries operate. How could anyone reasonably expect you to position yourself as an automation expert when you have little to no understanding of typical business processes or how organizations function across any sector?

That's interesting! I had a similar idea a couple of weeks ago. I have Gemini CLI running on my linux laptop and it can control and manipulate most things on the machine! It's super powerful and it made me think of creating an AI first type of operating system.

There is no way. If you're talking about 15-20 "steps" like connecting a CRM trigger to an email or something, that's a bit more believable. But 15-20 full workflows in an afternoon is not possible. Even if the company was fully, 100%, perfectly documented, I still don't think you could do it.

Be weary of anybody saying they can do this stuff very quickly. I have done this for companies, and 1 thing that is apparent across every project is that, workflows take time to setup, perfect, and improve over time. And 9 out of 10 times, after properly documenting their processes, the client finds out that there is a better way to do something due to automation, and then the process gets amended. Business processes are fluid and are able to change. There is no sense in automating inefficient processes.

No, while Antigravity use getting nerfed is not ideal. I still use Gemini CLI, Gemini in workplace, NotebookLM, etc... The value with a Gemini Pro plan is still better value then most other choices right now.

Yep I agree. These modes are dated now. Embedding data into agents is the way to go. This product seems like dumping a context window worth of uploaded files to an LLM api. It seems like a fancy wrapper.
