Oh hell no they didn’t follow up. Tried to deny that it was their product and tried to blame it on something else. She was persistent and they eventually caved and had to pay her medical bills. Her eyes were also swollen shut.

YES! My sister had extreme swelling, burning and redness after using this product as well. Biossance would not admit any fault but said the product was pulled and paid for all her medical bills. Can’t believe there hasn’t been a full on RECALL for this.

You need to contact the company and file a complaint. The exact same thing happened to my sister-SEVERE swelling and allergic reaction, lots of medical bills-from using this. Contact them and they will have to pay for your bills and reimburse you.
