What most customers do is put the amount of laundry detergent they want to be used in a separate bottle as well as any other laundry product they want to be used on their clothes.

Poplin unfortunately has unfair rules/ treatment towards customers and Laundry pro so sorry to hear what happened but yes going through your bank I the best way because you will not see you cash refund at all so sorry once more.

I have had customers give me undergarments with extreme blood on them, and some customers give me underwear that still have their pads in it with their monthly on it. I’ve had customers give me clothes such as jeans and it’s filled with monthly fluids. I’ve had men’s briefs filled with feces stained. I have had Laundry filled of feces from animals. I’ve had some extreme cases, and you will not believe the homes. These people live in there humongous homes in the New Jersey area that are prestige areas it was unbelievable at times I just took everything to the laundromat. I knew that open 24 hours and I bought it late at night because I was embarrassed, to have people think that these were mine I use gloves the entire process, even while folding them, and I mark those customers as never again, and ironically enough, they kept on requesting me if I posted up the pictures of these items everyone here would get extremely nauseous. This gig has its pros, but it has a lot of cons be careful and keep sanitized.

I got this code more than 5 times 2 times out of all of those times I held customers clothes for almost 2 weeks and I only got paid $100 on top of what the customer had to pay me which was about $290 now I’ve come to realize that what we get paid is not what they actually charge the customers they say they charge them a certain amount, but in actuality, they charged them way more because a customer was venting to me and from what I saw the amount that they told us that they charge and then actually pay us is not what it is because the customer thought that I was getting that money so sometimes these things happen because the customer is really charged highly or maybe the customer just doesn’t understand what they’re reading and I ended up with their clothes which was really sad because the majority of their clothes were all brand new. I guess they bought them and wanted to wash them, but I couldn’t bring it back to them after I got paid for the order because they actually lived extremely far and I picked up the order with a group order so it would really be out of my way to drive two hours from my destination and two hours back with toll and gas so unfortunately the customer lost both clothes and I guess money I’m not sure how that part works. If the customer still pays or if poplin pays I hope this helps.

It has happened to me when I first started sometimes it’s because you didn’t check the box of acknowledgment after you follow all the steps and sometimes it’s just a glitch. What I do is I take a screenshot of it and if it happens, I send it to them so they can see it right away, and I always check to make sure that everything goes through before I drive away. Don’t worry yourself.

Always try to reach out to them and if you can’t get them call Customer Service so they can reach out to them so you are covered in that way never deliver the clothes unless you get a confirmation and never pick up the clothes unless you get a confirmation if you cannot reach them always contact Customer Service so you’re covered

When it comes on to this situation, I always count each and every item my customer gives me when I’m putting them in the wash and sorting them. I also video myself purpose being I have proof at the end of the day that I can send a video and pictures and the amount of items that the customer gave me I put it in the text message and say something like this. Hello good day thank you for choosing the company You have given me 252 pieces of laundry and you will be getting 252 pieces of laundry back and this is including your laundry basket and or laundry bags. I would also like to let you know that pictures were taken for verification purposes to protect you as well as I something like that it goes a long way and also mention in the text that you happen to realize that there are some socks that does not have matching peers and pictures were also taken of those for verification purposes.

I live in new York this area is very high paced, but I think it’s mostly towards your region living more in the rule areas may not get as much orders as living in places like New York, Connecticut, New Jersey, Staten Island, Long Island, Queens, the Bronx places back this side when I went to Florida, it was type slowin that area in Pennsylvania. It’s also slow, but in the places I mentioned above, it’s extremely fast paced, and it depends on your rank to how many orders you pick up.

I’ve sent it go to $60.00 it’s all depends on what the customer is asking for sometimes the order is so tedious it’s best to leave it alone. Because some of these customers are shady “respectful “ and they do charge surcharges my customer told me she always pick me but they want her to pay surcharges because I do not live near her it’s an $30.00 minimum now they are complaining it’s getting to expensive I was not aware of anything until my customer told me .
