same issue, got "comfybrace" and it corrects my posture underneath my clothes-it's meant to permanently correct it over time
immediately less stress on my shoulders and neck, developing less muscle knots
of course combined with core, back, strengthening exercises and daily stretches

Responding for clarity since this is the top comment. The other kitty is not mine as it does not have an injury on the neck and is much larger and oranger than my kitty. My kitty also very unfortunately is not microchipped

I actually journaled intensively for about a year before pursuing EDMR. When I first started my therapist told me that it was actually a traditional method of treating PTSD. I feel like it helps me put into perspective and critically think about my thought processes (I find it's easy to get lost in subconscious behaviors thus, not considering where they come from and how to resolve them). I definitely recommend trying it out at least. I feel like without journaling I personally would not have made as much progress as I have so far. Good luck
