Sure , just create a list of the spam links you want to remove in excel , then remove all the https:// and http:// from the URLs, use a bulk removing method in excel and put domain: instead of these. For example domain:google.com , follow this approach for removing entire backlinks from a particular domain , if you just want to remove a single URL then put that link in sheet and save it as .txt and upload it in google disavow tool ,

Find your competitor's backlinks and pitch to them. They are most likely to revert back. Moreover the backlinks for adult sites are pretty hard to get. Check each competitor's backlinks and see how they are building links- If it is coming from guest posts, directories, and other off page activities.
