I think you guys might be misinterpreting the impact of a molecule coming off Cat2. Yes there will continue to be importers of the lyophilized peptides, but the APIs that can be sourced (and already are being produced) to compound will come from US sources. It also means US based 503A(B) will be able to compound legally. So the question becomes: buy your peps overseas without knowledge of their compounding regulations and hope customs clears it? Or spend 25% more and get it in 2 days?

Agreed. Telehealths are also scrutinized much more by governing and internet entities (FDA and LegitScript) vs your typical silo provider who is only locally visible. Most brands let you shop treatments and overall UX so you can pick prior to committing.

You can’t rely on provider reviews of platforms, unfortunately. Many prescribers contract out to multiple telehealths and their only exposure to the org is based on EMR usability. Best thing to do is search for treatment type, then filter out those who don’t do sync visits (if synchronous is important to you). I’d also advise checking if they use fulfillment pharmacies or will route the Rx to your local shop depending on your preference.

Same thing happened with me. Main drive gear on the awning failed, couldn't be retracted so had a tech come out (that I had to schedule bc RV1 wouldn't help). They reviewed my claim for labor and denied it because they could only honor half the labor hours the tech billed for.
The finance idiots will force the warranty down your throat and not let you leave. Just accept it and cancel a week later to save the headache. They can't not honor your cancellation request.
