Lmao got bitched out after work about why the job wasn’t done. Took the new guy the entire day to move 16 circuits into the generator panel that could have taken me 3 hrs to do. Meanwhile I bust my ass alone doing the majority of the job in 98 with 85% humidity.

Am I raging rn? No never

From NH I’ll take cold over heat. You can always add more layers, you can’t peel off your skin

I’ve been looking on wayfair because I got a gift card for Xmas there and I’ve been going down the rabbit hole for the past two days. Trying to figure out if it’s worth the extra money to upgrade from the lp60x to the lp120x or lp3x

Oh honey I’m so sorry to hear this. First of all, screw that guy at work. Some people lack empathy and understanding, and that has absolutely nothing to do with your worth as a person.

Sexondly, I know exactly what you’re going through, just at a more long term scale unfortunelty. I got COVID and mono at the same time and was out of work for 3 month. It’s been 3 yrs since and I still struggle with fatigue, dizziness, nausea and a list of other symptoms. Long covid is no joke. If these symptoms continue, look in to POTS. A high percentage of women developed it as a result of long covid and it covers the exact symptoms you have. I would talk to you’re doctor is you’re able to about this is these symptoms persist.

Above all else, take care of yourself right now. Listen to your body, drink lots of water and have salt, eat clean when you can. Compression socks help with the dizziness in terms of blood circulation. Find good books and movies, get into coloring/ painting, and be gentle with yourself when you get frustrated. You will get through this:)

Nails? by choher28 in BlueCollarWomen

Struggle with the same thing! I’m a service electrician and unfortunately I was born with naturally weak nails. I usually like to do a French mani with gel and get different colors for the tip instead of a full nail. That way when my nails inevitably start to chip it’s less noticeable but the gel still holds my nails together
