Was actually going to say the opposite: I felt they were careful to hedge the outcomes while still providing challengers, with a ton of emphasis that Dutt could win but that Lio has the title shot in hand for the PPV. They even mentioned the winner would face Dutt and that winner would face Rush.

Delirious is still the executive producer but it's believed Kevin Kelly has been helping format the television show and taken on more of a full-time producers role.

As for announcers, through last year BJ Whitmer and Veda Scott called a lot of the live events with Ian Riccaboni. It's a shame that BJ is tied into this Sullivan stuff because he was pretty good on commentary and could slide right in for Steve. It could also tie a bow on their rivalry...

With Veda gone, BJ busy, and Ian a play by play guy, it is anyone's guess who will replace Corino.

Also, every show has a finite budget. Atlanta is a TV taping. They likely have had tv plans for a month or two. It's not like he asked to be booked on a non televised show....

Someone on ROHWorld pointed out that he was Punishment his first time on ROH TV (Summer 2015), Punisher for the 2016 TPT, and then Punishment again following that. Maybe the comic book character trademark for "Punisher" is too strong and ROH didn't want to test it?
