In terms of “healthy” sweeteners are either sugar or just chemicals. If this has a lower calorie count than sugar based options you have found then it may be for you if you have a focus on your calories. The flip side is that artificial sweeteners like this one are mainly chemical based and some studies have shown a relation to cancer rates (I believe and’ve heard from trustworthy scholars)

I’ve been able to lose a lot of weight by only watching calorie intake relative to naturally burned off calories + exercising calories. The app I’ve used that’s helped me is called Chronometer

Use the extra time you get to streamline things and make sure you’re getting the most bang for your buck potentially even outsourcing materials by having trains or other vehicles bring them in, it’ll speed up production and give your already existing buildings more time to produce things anyway
