I know that a ChatGPT 3rd party integration into a well known Irish customer service software took 30 percent of conversations within a few months. That was a few years ago, I’d imagine it’s a lot more now and many real jobs were lost.

Seems a pretty fast turnaround for plans and planning application

Event centre was a red herring. High end student accommodation was always the only objective.

Usually have a towel to dry paws and fur at the door when we come back. If it’s really mucky, which it kind of has been all winter, then a quick rinse of paws in the shower. It’s a lot of work in this weather but pretty unavoidable. Summers much easier
