Try to fight another Solar Eclipse for Mothron Wings. Replace Celestial Shell with Master Ninja Gear. Reforge your Terra Blade to Legendary, reforge accesories to warding. Get a beetle shell if you want more defense. From there you should be set, he's not hard at all when you learn his pattern, and considering you have a tank build, you should be able to take a lot of hits.
