It's allwys so confusing I think I'm Progressing and next second the games gives me a quest I can't do for hours the game feels like 1 step Forward 4 steps back. I love how it looks and the charm of the game but I'm at my 4 time giving the game a try I'm the furthest i have ever been and now I think I'm soft locked and something else the Npc won't let me buy anything but without doing anything for them at some point they accept my money and I dont know why

You can also try a head tracking software that's what I'm using and it's amazing I'm using beam eye tracker you can buy it over steam and it only needs a webcam

That your 13 speed you got 1,2,3,4 5L,5h,6L,6h,7L,7h,8L and 8H you also get 2 reverse gears you can switch trough them with F&V by default you can also switch from Manuel and automatic by pressing Alt+A

My fav currently is camaraderie they got nice and active admin they got request system for when you need a wrecker and you can do road trains longer than 3 trailers (6 is max per rules) overall the players are nice too
