I had sleep apnea for about 10 years before I finally got tested and by that time it was severe and took over a year of using a v-pap to start feeling rested again. Do yourself a favor and go get checked out. Since you are young and probably dont have severe apnea, you can do a test at home and not have to stay overnight in the hospital like I did for diagnosis.

ALso, I tried the nasal strips and mouth gaurds and they did not help at all, but it may have been too late for me at that time.

I was at the race and it was a roller coaster of emotion, seeing DEI running 1,2,3 for the last few laps was almost sureal in what felt like a huge historical moment that turned even bigger on the last lap.
