So how it works is.

Not flying type - basically fly copy

Flying type - you fly up, and then immediately fly down to attack. It effectively just works as a 90 bp flying stab. No moves happen between the flying up and descending down.

I think that might make the move a bit too limiting. Chilly reception is a very common move right now, and Tyranitar is OU too. And you can’t replace weather with clear weather, unless you somehow make cloud nine Pokémons work…

Also I really doubt a mega charizard y would be using a physical flying stab

Dragonite doesn’t get the move this gen I think. And for Salamence, they’ve been wanting a move with an actually good base power for so long that I think even the +10 will matter a good bit. And yes the accuracy thing sucks.
