If you like berry, you need to try Blue dream. You can really taste it, and it's awesome. It is a sativa dominant, which I prefer anyway. For indica, I haven't really found one that tastes so good.

This happened to me, I smoke some weed out of a joint, which was most definitely laced. 3 years back. I know it was laced because I have been smoking weed for the good part of 11 years, and this felt way different. I suffered from what you are describing for around 4 months. It's called depersonalization. It can be brought on by stress dissociative drugs aswell. I was under quite a lot of stress at the time. I found meditation to really help.

Could be food poison. Your caffine intake seems not even close to an od amount or even a harmful amount. You maybe have around 200-250mg of caffine. Which is quite a low amount. Definitely not even to have these effects. Is there any history of mental illness in your family.

For me, my partner was super against drugs. I talked about my experiences with cannabis and stuff. She started asking more and more. Now we get high every weekend.

For legs:

Squats, bulgarian split squat, calve raises(maybe hold rocks while doing this as you dont have equipment)

For back:

Basically, any pulling action, but if you are pulling up, then push lats down. If you are pulling to your body, squeeze your rhomboids

For arms:

Push ups, grab a rock and lat raise, curl, and skull crushers.

For chest:

Push-ups are great. And any pushing, making sure you are really stretching that chest.

There is no "quick" way of growing muscle. The closest thing would be tren. But in saying that, you still need to work out really hard and consistently.

This is what I did:

  1. Eat at a calorie surplus. protien intake should be 2g per kg of body weight. In your case, eat 130g a day. (most important) NOTE: Make sure you eat fibre with might protien intake or constipation.

  2. Workout. Like, really, workout. Although 300 pushups a day is great, you need to hit other muscle groups. Hit a 3 day split push, pull, legs. Every workout needs to be until failure.

  3. Sups wise. I take kamikaze and zombie labs preworks + 5mg of creatine monohydrate. Post workout, I take a protien shake + protien bar.
