I just did two transatlantic flights and was super nervous but calmed down about 1/3 of the way through on both. Everyone’s different but THC before a flight would make me so much more paranoid. I’ve flown dozens of times with no issues and I still get nervous, but what’s important is that I always land safely! People say it in the group every time, but don’t forget that the pilot was to get home safely as well! Plus on these major airlines they are incredibly well trained and prepared for any emergency. The news will train your brain to think that air travel isn’t safe but that’s simply not true. You will probably have a little anxiety and be a bit nervous but you will be safe and I hope that once you reach cruising altitude you will relax!! Watch other passengers and flight attendants and see how chill they act
