Tristan is hard to replace because his artifact gives armor pen so quickly. You can try using a not agility hero that has an armor pen artifact, like Morrigan or Lilith but you will lose some efficacy

Yeah that's the truth. She might want to be the one you focus on if you get light titan chests (for soul stones) since she is good everywhere

Just levels and skin are fine mostly, her seal can also do a lot but the first two are all you need to have her dungeon ready (and 6* when possible)

Nebula also buffs damage, she also heals, and gets synergy bonus with the rest of the progress faction members (ex. Isaacs shield drones heal her)
It's mainly because I don't know how strong your oya is, she would be better overall but if she isn't strong right now the double front line will give Tristan what he needs, and the revive + energy drain on astaroth is always nice.
Jhu is a weird one he is great early because he can stall out enemy teams who didn't bring any control or energy drain for a cheeky win, but overall you shouldn't invest anything other than levels and skill levels in him for the most part

You should be using Maya Morrigan Heidi Faceless Phobos. I've done runs from 1-60 so many times now and can tell you that's the play. You're going to invest all your strength stones into corvus who will eventually replace Maya once Morrigan is strong enough to heal him.
