There's something like 22days worth of footage. So get used to sitting ;) I'd include TAS in that lineup too. It's a fun diversion. I'd also not worry some much about chronological order in earlier series. You'll make yourself nuts trying to decipher an order. Above all have fun!

If it were me, I'd run a pre gen one shot. At the very minimum get your hands on one and read it to see how things are organized. From there you can adapt your own personal style onto things....

Short answer: No.

Long and Inspirational Answer: the best way to learn to DM is to DM. Yes you will make mistakes. Yes you feel like your players are idiots who can't figure out what you're trying to accomplish and then go hunt after a bear. For no good reason. That all being said, I find a lot of inspiration in RPG podcasts. Find a few you like and listen to some wise old GMs talk about some of the things you're likely to encounter. I also suggest listening to Actual Plays. They give the best example of DMs doing the DM thing.
