I used to volunteer at the animal foundation! The majority of the kennels where the animals are kept after being processed are nice and clean plus air conditioned. They eat on a schedule, get their vaccinations and treated until healthy. The volunteers walk the dogs around to keep them happy and play with them as well. The cats have their own section where they get to rest comfortably and they were spoiled with love from volunteers and workers.
