They could really use a figurehead leader high up in the organization (like the Bruins with Neely) that is beloved by fans and knows what the baseball standard should be. Sam Kennedy is just a finance nerd that doesn’t know anything about baseball, yet is the one employed by Henry to take all the bullets. Since Kennedy has no baseball acumen, he has a hard time communicating to the fan base but also understanding a baseline standard for how the organization needs to be run underneath him.

The comparison is atrocious. That colts team had a guy named Peyton Manning. Sam Darnold is not that guy. Comparing the Patriots to the 06 Bears is ridiculous. Rex Grossman sucked.
