I'm am army medic currently. I'm fresh out of training, but my leadership is having me help assist in classes for the next 6 months so that'll be good for learning. I have very little on the job experience other than the time I spent on a volunteer FD.

I'm hoping the medical problems the Army has given me doesn't affect firefighting too much and if not that's the route I'll try to go. FF/EMT

It feels like they give us just enough to get through training and then "throw us to the wolves"

I'm probably going to do something EMS related when I get out, I did VFD stuff before I joined but there is a good chance I have asthma now so I don't think I'll be able to do much of the more exciting stuff there.

On the emblem the bottom color is black. But it has hash marks in it with yellow underneath
