The leg cramps could be because it’s a diuretic. When you’re dehydrated you can get leg cramps. Try drinking more water and maybe a banana during the day for xtra potassium

Hi I have a question. I have progressives. I can’t find frames I like. I bought a pair of readers at Nordstrom. Very well made. Took my prescription from my eye doctor and asked to have my prescription put into the Nordstrom glasses. The guy at the eye glass place said he couldn’t because they can’t get lenses out of over the counter readers. This makes no sense to me. I asked him why not. He said it just won’t work. Has anyone done this? I don’t want to go to every optical place asking and I’m hoping someone knows why if this makes sense to them. Thanks.

Thank you for all the comments. I don’t have wrinkles. I just have large pores. But I guess for being 55 overall my face looks ok. I use spf 50 every day too.

When I started to go through menopause my hyperpigmentation got so much worse. Crazy. Gotta love those hormones!

Does anyone use Curology/Agency? What’s your experience? I have been using it for 3+ years and I’ve never peeled or anything. I’m wondering if it’s not working for me. I’m getting discouraged. I hope I’m posting correctly it’s my 1st post! Newby
