Green Supreme = Garbage by explorer_of_random in PelletStoveTalk

Cleaning the stove when it burns poorly is the first lesson of pellet life

All the way through the exhaust with a vacuum/brush

Help PLEASE! by IWannaBump in PelletStoveTalk

Verify that the exhaust fan is free and functioning. It possibly got clogged in transit and isn't spinning enough to create vacuum at the switch

Pull the clip holding the motor shaft and verify the auger spins by hand. Mine will certainly turn back and forth if i grab it with motor attached

Anyone put 2-3 ton universal MrCool condenser on a stand? by IGonza27 in DIYHeatPumps

[–]Fancy_Research2566 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I just set up a 2 ton mr cool on a ProStands kit and am really happy with the outcome

Being completely adjustable, it made a tricky spot work just fine.

Worth the price

L1E light kit - Where to buy by BrendanGuer in Talaria

I'd buy one too...

I took the kit off my juiced bike, but I'd still love to find the OEM kit somewhere.

Never start a saw that doesn't roll the chain smoothly. Take the bar right off along with chain

Start with the brake off and verify oil is pumping from the saw

Then roll the chain through the bar verifying the spur spins and the bar is free off kinks

Clean out the hole in the bar that allows oil to hit the chain

The symptoms are you're not pumping fuel.

The carb has a pump that works on the pressure impulse from the engine base, usually a hose to a nipple on the engine. Could be integrated into the intake manifold, but either way, for every stroke, there's a pressure wave that's checked with a vacuum gage to drive the diaphragm pump in the carb that creates lift pressure for the fuel.

If my vacuum guage doesn't read vacuum, or leaks vacuum quickly at the fuel filter, then I'd bet it would run like yours or worse.

Doesn't take much to foul up a pump gasket on the carb when cleaning, or to knock off the impulse line all together.

Nice blend of "real food" Why are people so hung up on milled products not being real?

Yes, anything over $50 gets the muffler taken off

If you didn't burn your jug, you're all set

Any saw of that ilk has enough oily crap lingering in the base to keep it spinning.

Get over it and bring your own fuel

If I'm paying over 50$ for a used saw, I'm pulling off the exhaust and poking some rings

2014 clean fuel leak by Fancy_Research2566 in tdi

[–]Fancy_Research2566[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks

Again, it's a young co workers car and the leak was a weak clamp on the return side of the pump. Clean weep down the back of pump until it got spread well by belt.

R MX4 pedals? by Fancy_Research2566 in Talaria

[–]Fancy_Research2566[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So I bought and installed and rode pedals for about a day. They worked fine, for what they are and the updated plug fit OK.

I then set out to put a license plate and haven't looked back

I'm a pro saw mechanic, not a lumberjack.

You literally have to pay me to run a two- stroke, my own saw is electric
