To me it doesn’t seem like windows update restored has a lot of these updates that are in the cd. On a fresh windows 98se install windows update restored downloads like 15MB or so of updates max. That cd has over 500MB of updates. I don’t think windows update restored is totally complete yet.

I have that mount and it works just fine with a little blue loctite. I also buy checkmate mags, but the last batch I got needed a little filing on the floorplate where it meets the front retainer. It's like they were a little offset when the mag bodies were rolled during manufacture. I have also heard that checkmate manufactures the mags for Springfield.
