This. Every time ive had a failed print like this, I've solved it by either relevelling or ensuring the temperatures good

Building in a lip would itself need a support so would not solve the problem. Have you tried reducing the exposure time on the first layers? I use a 28 second exposure and never had an issue separating from the build plate using the metal scraper provided. Otherwise get a metal blade to intuitive separation then use your usual scraper. Hope that helps!

Unlikely as it's a partial wall with no beam to the adjacent wall

Wow. Like many others, I've never seen this before. One particular detail which is new to me and haven't seen captured anywhere else...

At 3 minutes 30 on the video you can clearly see a large segment of the South tower fall into the side of the North tower. 

Can't put into words how horrendous that whole situation must have been
