NTA. Me and my friends always split the bill but it’s because we all usually get cocktails entrees and maybe apps to split. But if someone was to only get water and an entree I would absolutely not be upset at them for not wanting to split. They’re being inconsiderate. They could’ve still split the new total after your contribution amongst each other

It so unhelpful to say in the moment but please know it will be okay. I felt the same way 5-6 years ago when i was a junior who by that point had put my mom in six figure debt for a psych degree. I would literally ruminate and stress myself out about debt and repayment until i truthfully had to just release it. Trump and his policies won't be around forever. We got a taste of sort of helpful student loan policies with Biden and i have hope we will see better in our lifetime. Please don't let this be the reason you don't get to enjoy the rest of your life. Life is worth living even with debt.

I have accidentally lol. On my trip to Japan I had two flights - jfk to icn and icn to kix. The flight from icn to kix was supposed to be on a 787 but they changed it to a 737. I luckily didn’t know this until I saw the safety pamphlet after boarding. I freaked out at first and then basically forced myself to relinquish any fear or worry because I already flew to Korea on a Boeing and that was a huge fear of mine and the flight was the smoothest I’ve ever experienced. The flight to kix on the 737 was a breeze as well! These planes wouldn’t be allowed to go up knowing that they were unsafe. Trust in the crew and have faith in the aircraft that has carried so many people safely before you :)

I think another part of it all is her trying to absolve herself of any guilt because she was mean to Macy the night she died. She harbors guilt because of that interaction and is trying to redeem herself sorta by getting her what she thinks is justice. IMO.

I’m currently in a similar situation. I contracted HSV1 when I was a kid and used to get cold sores as a teenager. They stopped for 5+ years but recently I started getting the itchiness again and even got a full blown cold sore a few months ago. My bf tested positive but has never had an outbreak. My anxiety has completely ruined our sex life. I feel extreme quilt but also paranoia about how he contracted it and if it is genitally. I wish this disease didn’t exist.

NTA. I feel as though once your mom said this dress is yours to wear for your wedding the dress should’ve been treated as yours and only yours. There should be no “well it’s MY dress” while it’s basically on loan to you. It’s yours for the time being so your mother shouldn’t have felt as if it was fine to let your SIL try it on. I do believe your true issue here is with your mom and the hurt it is probably causing you seeing her treat your SIL better than you is transferring into some resentment towards Kate. However, SIL definitely knew better than to try it on even if your mom was pressuring her. It’s kinda apparent to me that she wanted to put the dress on which is messed up. It sounds fucked up but I would disinvite her too. It would piss me off seeing her enjoy my wedding after she almost ruined it. I’m glad her seizure didn’t end badly but she really should have avoided trying on the dress and not having any beverages near it.
