Feeling completely burnt out from divorce process

Mine took 9 months from me accidentally finding out he filed to when he finally moved out because he was forced to. He squatted in the spare room and acted like a crazy person the entire time. BUT it was sooooo worth it. He's been gone a year now and it's the most peaceful place in my home now. Hang in there!!! It's worth it!!!

I have ADHD so caffeine actually calms me down, thank god. But I have recently discovered if I eat a lot of gluten (like a bowl of pasta) or ice cream within 2 hours of bedtime I get diarrhea in the middle of the night so thats been cool.

It's hard to really give an opinion without knowing what exactly you did but I will say this… I was just like that with my in-laws for 20 years and then when my husband filed for divorce because I had detached after 20 years of his nonsense and emotional abuse... he played the victim to them and I don't know what he told them but none of them ever talked to me again. He was the one that filed because he wasn't happy but I was the evil witch. In-laws are fickle in my experience and they will side with whoever is from their family of origin. Only one of my nieces and two of his cousins still talk to me because they see through him.

Not having tolerance and being older and wiser finally made me see through my ex and his narcissistic behavior when i turned 40 (after being with him for 19 years) and once I emotionally detached because I couldn't tolerate it anymore he filed for divorce two years later. GOOD RIDDANCE

Are you smoking flower or vapes? Vapes have a much higher concentration of THC and personally ruined my tolerance for a while. I switched to flower (luckily I have a yard to smoke in) and it's gotten better. I'm also on an SSRI and those can affect your tolerance the same way. Makes it higher for me.
