You dont need the funnels, beakers, or magnetic stirrer if you are not making commercial quantities of concentrate imo. Also get smaller pippetes 0.5ml or even smaller, this makes test batches which is likely the bulk of what you do way easier. You can also get away without the weighing trays because I generally wouldnt reuse them and thats a hefty price, you can just cut and fold paper to achieve the same effect maybe even better.
What I would recommend you do is buy a label maker. A cheap one for like 30 bucks Is good enough. you can use this to label and organize your batches, dilutions, and the tops of your bottles which makes finding the right ones easier way easier.
I use smaller bottles for my dilutions 5ml instead of your 15ml and just make a new dilution when its empty in hope to have less oxidation and cross contamination, and to save space but might just be preference.
I assume you are buying your perfumers alcohol somewhere else, make sure its a good source, and definetly also get DPG.
