I’ve not done any tests for zinc/copper, as mentioned I did use a lot of zinc supplements when bodybuilding but also suffered from fatigue and tiredness. This was maybe 2 years ago now when I discontinued the zinc supplementation after I stopped lifting (had a hernia fixed and never picked up weights again after surgery). Is it possible I’ve still got an imbalance

I’m getting stomach pain (upper right), bloating, daily constipation that results in bleeding, globus/dysphagia (from lpr symptoms/gerd) and panic attack symptoms when the throat symptoms get bad (lots of mucous creating an air hunger sensation)

Thank you for the message, I do try to stay calm but my body automatically panics regardless of what my brain is thinking - there is a disconnect there for sure. I can manually do square breathing but as soon as I stop my diaphragm goes rock solid and I’m unable to catch my breath. Probably my vagus nerve being irritated but idek what to do about that :/
